Espirale Agave Chocolate is dedicated to a wide rage of ethical company practices. These practices range from safe working conditions, to product extraction, production, packaging, transport, & lastly, disposal. Espirale purchases directly support the Education Fund of Oaxaca, the native location of the Agave Plant & its worm. The Agave Worm is Espirale’s special ingredient, which gives our chocolate that salty contrast paired which richness of cacao. Espirale’s bold ingredients acts to challenge the societal pressure for Latinx & Chicanx immigrants to assimilate to American culture & cuisine.
